1) What this app does (summary)

Spelling Checker / Spelling Corrector. The App helps users check words and text for spelling mistakes and provides corrected spelling suggestions. Voice-based spelling features may allow you to speak a word or phrase instead of typing it.

Grammar Checker. The App can analyze text for grammar, punctuation, clarity, and writing-style issues and provide suggested corrections.

AI Email Writer & Rewrite. The App can help draft emails, generate replies, rewrite existing text, improve clarity, and adjust writing tone based on the instructions you provide.

Translator. The App can translate user-provided text between supported languages. An internet connection may be required for AI and translation features.

Dictionary & Synonyms. The App may provide word meanings, synonyms, and related language-learning assistance.

Ads, analytics & diagnostics. We use Google AdMob to show ads and Firebase services for analytics, app configuration, push notifications, and crash/diagnostic reporting. In regions where consent is required, Google’s User Messaging Platform (UMP) may be used to collect and honor your advertising choices.

Premium subscriptions. The App offers optional premium subscriptions through Google Play Billing. Google Play processes payments directly. We do not receive or store your full payment card or bank account details.

2) Data we collect and process

A. Device Permissions & User-Provided Data

  • Microphone Access: Used only when you intentionally use voice-based spelling or speech-input features. The microphone is not intended to record continuously in the background.
  • Text You Submit: Words, sentences, email text, rewrite instructions, translation text, grammar-check text, or other content you intentionally enter or paste may be processed to provide the requested feature.
  • Notification Permission: If enabled, the App may use notifications for app-related updates, feature reminders, offers, or service messages. You can disable notifications at any time in Android Settings.
  • Support Messages: We may receive your email address and the information you voluntarily provide when you contact customer support.

B. Purchase and subscription information

  • When you make or restore a purchase, Google Play Billing provides the App with transaction metadata, product identifiers, purchase tokens, and entitlement/subscription status needed to activate or restore premium features.
  • Full credit/debit card numbers and bank account credentials are processed by Google Play and are never accessible to us.

C. Data collected automatically (device/usage)

  • App analytics: App interactions, app version, device information, installation identifiers, and related usage events may be processed through Firebase Analytics.
  • Diagnostics: Device model, OS version, app state, crash logs, stack traces, and related diagnostic information may be processed through Firebase Crashlytics.
  • Advertising data: Ad impressions, clicks, Advertising ID or other device identifiers, device information, and IP-derived approximate location may be processed by Google AdMob, subject to applicable consent requirements and device settings.

3) How we use data

  • Provide spelling checking, spelling correction, grammar checking, and language-assistance features.
  • Process voice input when you intentionally use voice-based spelling or speech-to-text functionality.
  • Generate AI-assisted emails, replies, rewrites, tone changes, and other requested writing results.

  • Prevent fraud, abuse, and security threats.
  • Respond to customer support requests and comply with legal obligations.

4) AI, grammar, translation & text processing

Some App features rely on online artificial-intelligence, language-processing, translation, or speech-processing services. When you intentionally use one of these features, the text or voice-derived text necessary to perform your request may be transmitted securely to the relevant service provider for processing.

Examples include text submitted to Grammar Checker, Spelling Corrector, AI Email Writer, Reply, Rewrite & Improve, Translator, or similar online language features. The content is processed to return the result you requested.

Please do not submit passwords, authentication codes, payment card details, government identification numbers, medical records, or other highly sensitive personal or confidential information through AI or text-processing features.

AI-generated or automated results may sometimes be inaccurate, incomplete, or inappropriate. You should review important output before relying on it or sending it to another person.

5) Subscriptions & Google Play Billing

The App may offer optional weekly and monthly premium subscriptions, and may offer free trials or introductory offers where available, through Google Play Billing.

  • Subscription price, billing period, trial information (if any), and renewal terms are displayed before purchase.
  • Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled through Google Play before the next billing date.
  • Uninstalling the App does not automatically cancel an active Google Play subscription.
  • You can manage or cancel subscriptions at any time through your Google Play account.
  • Google Play processes payments. We do not receive or store your full payment card or bank account details.
  • Consent: For personalized advertising, optional permissions, and other processing where consent is legally required.
  • Contractual Necessity: To provide spelling, grammar, translation, AI-writing, and premium services that you intentionally request.
  • Legitimate Interests: App security, fraud prevention, diagnostics, performance improvement, analytics where legally permitted, and app maintenance.
  • Legal Obligations: Where processing is necessary to comply with applicable laws or lawful requests.

7) Sharing & processors

We do not sell your personal information. We may use third-party service providers acting as processors/service providers to operate specific App features.

  • Purchase Information: Purchase and subscription records may be retained by Google according to Google Play policies and legal requirements.

Appendix B – Google Play “Data safety” helper (guidance)

This appendix is provided to help keep the Google Play Console Data Safety form aligned with the App. The final Play Console declaration must always match the actual SDKs, permissions, server behavior, and data practices of the App version currently distributed through Google Play.

  • Potential Data Types Processed: Device or other IDs, App activity, Diagnostics, Purchase history, and user-provided text when online AI/language features are intentionally used.
  • Voice Input: Microphone access is used when the user intentionally activates voice-based spelling or speech input. Whether audio itself is transmitted off-device depends on the speech-recognition implementation used by the App and should be reflected accurately in the Play Console declaration.
  • AI / Language Processing: Text submitted to online grammar, email-writing, rewrite, translation, or related features may be transmitted to the relevant service provider to provide the requested result.
  • Advertising: Google AdMob may process advertising identifiers, device information, ad interactions, and IP-derived approximate location, subject to consent and device settings.
  • Encryption: Data transmitted to supported third-party services is sent using encrypted connections such as HTTPS/TLS.
  • Deletion Requests: Users may contact arslantahir.engineer@gmail.com regarding applicable privacy requests. Local App data can generally be removed by using available in-app controls, clearing App storage, or uninstalling the App, depending on the feature.
